The Customer Care Department at Bob Ward Companies’ will be assisting you with warranty repairs during the first year.
A Customer Care representative will contact you to schedule two standard reviews of your home. Typically, you should expect us to contact you within 60 days after your closing to schedule the 90-Day Review Inspection, and then again at approximately 10 months to schedule the 11-Month Review Inspection.
In the event of an emergency or an urgent matter outside normal business hours, please refer to your Vendor List (Important Information and Telephone Numbers) and contact the appropriate vendor for the issue-at-hand.
